Reading Catholic Community Summer Faith Program for Middle School

September 2019:  Faith Formation for Children and Teens - Grades 1 - 10

  • Online Enrollment for all programming for children in grade 1 through grade 10 will begin August 1, 2019, for the Reading Catholic Community.
  • Classes will begin the week of Sunday, September 29, 2019.
  • Catechetical Sunday will take place at both St. Athanasius and St. Agnes Parishes on Sunday, September 15 during morning Masses (TBA).

    The Catechetical theme this year is Stay With Us.  Catechetical Sunday is a celebration of the greater community sending forth those called to serve as ministers of formation and evangelization by a commissioning during the Mass.  Please join us to pray for those called to this vocation and celebrate their dedication to this mission as a community of Faith.

Adult Faith Formation
The Adult Education Committee works in collaboration with St. Agnes Parish in Reading. It strives to serve the Adult Faith Formation needs of the parish.


Baptism Preparation

Couples who have had their children Baptized are invited to share their Faith with parents and godparents of babies about to be baptized. They attend the Baptism Preparation class held on the second Sunday of the month and assist with the Baptisms which are held on the third Sunday of the month.
